Why are some matches not on TV?

About Leeds United
Leeds United were formed in October 1919, after the Football League expelled Leeds City amid allegations of illegal wartime payments to players. The new club took over Elland Road, Leeds City's old ground, played a season in the Midland League and was elected to the Football League in 1920, starting out in the Second Division.
Leeds enjoyed their most successful era under Don Revie in the 1960s and early 1970s, winning two league titles, the 1972 FA Cup, the 1968 League Cup and two Inter-Cities Fairs Cups. A third league title followed in 1992 under Howard Wilkinson. The all-white kit dates from Revie's time, and the club has long-standing rivalries with Manchester United and Chelsea.
