Why are some matches not on TV?

Kick-off times are UK time. Updated every morning from the leagues' and broadcasters' own schedules, and through each match.
About Cardiff
Cardiff City began in 1899 as Riverside AFC, a winter pastime for members of the Riverside Cricket Club, and early games were played at Sophia Gardens. The club first asked to become Cardiff City when the town was made a city in 1905, but permission only came in 1908. It moved to Ninian Park in 1910 and was elected to the Football League in 1920.
In 1927 Cardiff beat Arsenal at Wembley to lift the FA Cup, and they remain the only club from outside England to have won it. They missed the 1924 league title only on goal average, have won 22 Welsh Cups and reached a Cup Winners' Cup semi-final in 1968. The South Wales derby with Swansea City is their biggest rivalry.
