About Wealdstone
Wealdstone took its present form in 1899, when Wealdstone Albion adopted the name for the 1899/1900 season and joined the Willesden and District League, though the club's historians trace its roots through earlier local sides to 1887. It moved to Lower Mead, between Harrow and Wealdstone town centres, in 1922 and stayed for 69 years, winning the FA Amateur Cup at Wembley in 1966 and becoming a founder member of the Alliance Premier League in 1979. In 1991 the club sold Lower Mead to stay afloat and spent 17 years sharing grounds at Watford, Yeading, Edgware and Northwood before settling at Grosvenor Vale in Ruislip in 2008.
The Stones were the first non-league club to win the Conference and the FA Trophy in the same season, in 1984/85. They won the Isthmian League Premier Division in 2014 and National League South in 2020, and have been in the National League since. In 2025/26 they finished 15th and reached the FA Trophy final at Wembley, losing to Southend United on penalties after a goalless draw. They play in the National League in 2026/27, and their rivalries are with Barnet and, in the Harrow derby, Harrow Borough.
